Alain Juarez Perez

Alain Juarez Perez is a highly experienced animation engineer with over a decade of professional experience in computer graphics and animation. Currently serving as a Principal Animation Engineer at Visual Concepts since August 2018, Alain has progressed through various roles including Senior Animation Engineer and Animation Engineer. Prior to this, Alain contributed to academia as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Merced, with a focus on Computer Graphics and Algorithm Design and Analysis. Additional experience includes an internship at the USC Institute for Creative Technologies, where Alain worked on a SmartBody locomotion module, and teaching assistant roles at Universidad de Guanajuato and Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. Alain holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Merced, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Guanajuato.
