James Wale MSc MCIOB is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience across various sectors, including corporate real estate, commercial, retail, and residential projects. Currently serving as Development Manager at Vita Group since September 2021, James previously held senior project management roles at Peel L&P and Arcadis, where responsibilities included project delivery, contract administration, and compliance with governance standards. James began the career as an Assistant Project Manager at Barratt Developments plc and has also held roles at Wallwood Construction Ltd and Faithful+Gould. James holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management from the University of Leeds.
