Adele Rom

Adele Rom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Evolution since July 2022, Adele is also the Founder, Consultant, Advisor, and Investor at ARC since April 2019. Additionally, Adele holds advisory roles at PeopleTech Partners and AllVoices, along with a Venture Partner position at VITALIZE Venture Capital starting in November 2023, and investment positions at Emmeline Ventures and Amboy Street Ventures since March 2023. Adele's previous engagements include a significant role at Strive as a Board Advisor, Executive Coach, and Facilitator until its acquisition by Franklin Covey in 2021, and serving on the Board of Directors for Women Founders Network from January 2019 to December 2023. Adele holds an MBA in International Business from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Western Washington University.
