Matthew Mottola

Matthew Mottola is a multifaceted professional serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Human Cloud since August 2019, where the focus is on leveraging the freelance economy. Matthew is also the author of "The Human Cloud," an international bestseller that explores leadership in the context of freelance work and artificial intelligence. In addition, Matthew holds the title of Venture Partner at VITALIZE Venture Capital, advising on investments in freelance economy companies, and contributes a column to Forbes discussing remote work and ethical scaling of organizations. As a Visiting Lecturer at Georgia Institute of Technology, Matthew integrates future work concepts into business curricula and has experience in founding and leading various ventures, including Venture L and a significant role at Microsoft, where Matthew advanced freelance toolkit initiatives.
