Emilie Voss

Emilie Welander Voss is a seasoned professional in People Operations, currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at Vivino since June 2024. Prior to this role, Emilie worked at Freecon as a Projektkonsulent, focusing on change management strategy and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Emilie gained significant experience as the Director of People at Bonzer from February 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included establishing People Operations in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden within a scale-up environment. Previous positions include Head of Talent at Relesys, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator at Mediehuset Ingeniøren. Emilie's educational background includes a degree in Design and Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship and a degree in Marketing and Communication, both from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, complemented by a STX degree from Nordsjælland Gymnasium.
