Shradha Patil

Shradha Patil has a diversified work experience spanning over several years in different companies and research institutions. In 2023, they joined Vizgen as a Sr. Scientist- Process Development, where they work on pioneering next-generation genomics tools for in situ single cell spatial genomics. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they worked at Kemira as a Sr. Research Scientist, focusing on sustainable chemical solutions for water-intensive industries. Additionally, they have experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at North Carolina State University in both the Textile Engineering/TECS and Forest Biomaterials departments. Their earliest work experience was at Sai Life Sciences Ltd and National Chemical Laboratory, where they worked as a Trainee Research Chemist and a Summer Intern Trainee Chemist, respectively.

Shradha Patil holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemistry from Virginia Tech. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, Shradha has completed the "Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365)" certification from LinkedIn, which was obtained in June 2023.
