Julie Neuber

Julie Neuber, PMP, CSM, currently serves as a Program Manager at VMD Corp since April 2023, while also fulfilling the role of House Manager at Signature Theatre since July 2015. Previous experience includes positions such as Cyber Security Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager at SAIC from October 2018 to February 2023, and Senior Project Manager at Apex Systems for a brief contract-to-hire timeframe in 2018. Julie's background spans significant project management roles at PGTEK and ExxonMobil, where contributions included leading diverse project initiatives, developing strategic IT roadmaps, and managing large-scale programs across various global sites. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Decision Information Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
