Cesar F.

Cesar F. is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Vobile since April 2025, previously holding the same position at Pex from March 2020 to April 2025. Prior to that, Cesar served as Senior Vice President of Policy at CreativeFuture from February 2016 to February 2020.
