Alberto Marquez

Alberto Marquez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational behavior and human resources. Currently serving as the Technical Training Senior Manager and Senior Manager of Learning Development at Volaris since 2007, Marquez focuses on organizational climate, industrial safety, health, and labor relations while managing employee relations and implementing organizational development interventions. Prior to Volaris, Marquez worked as a Consultant from 2005 to 2007, providing support for talent and productivity programs. From April 2001 to November 2004, Marquez held the position of HR Director at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., overseeing various HR functions including staffing, training, and performance management. Marquez holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from the University of Colorado Boulder.
