Matthew Fredrickson

Matthew Fredrickson is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications and collaboration sectors. Currently serving as an expert within the Global Network Platform group at Vonage since August 2021, Matthew leads the development of network APIs and manages a portfolio of service and support offers aimed at enhancing enterprise customer value. Prior to this, Matthew was the global product lead at Tata Communications, overseeing Unified Communications and Collaboration Services for multinational clients. Experience also includes significant roles at PGi, where contributions as Principal Architect focused on video collaboration products for global enterprises, and at ACT Conferencing in Technical Operations. Early career experience involved managing professional services at XKO, supporting network design and IT infrastructure.
