Jung Lee

Jung Lee is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment. Currently a Principal at VU Venture Partners since January 2020, Jung provides hands-on VC investment expertise, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment evaluation. As an investor in Membio Inc. and Mojo Vision Inc. since April 2020, Jung is involved in the development of advanced bioreactor systems and micro-LED technology, respectively. Between 2015 and 2020, Jung operated as a Sole Proprietor Trader, specializing in a short-term trading strategy for volatile stocks. Jung's previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of HUMUS, Vice President at Merrill Lynch, Associate at Goldman Sachs, and Analyst at MUFG, showcasing a robust background in finance. Jung holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine, with ongoing education at Columbia Business School.
