Brandon Morgan is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in managing multifamily projects. Previous roles include Development Manager at Simpson Housing, where Brandon managed land acquisition and entitlements for multifamily developments in the Pacific Northwest, and Development Associate positions at both Trammell Crow Residential and JPI Companies, focusing on financial feasibility and project development. Brandon holds a BA in Political Science and a BBA in Finance/Real Estate, both with honors from Southern Methodist University.
