Catherine Benson has been working in the legal field since 1999. Catherine began their career as an Attorney at Kinney & Lange, P.A. In 2006, they moved to Biothera, where they served as Assistant Vice President, Legal and Director of Intellectual Property. In 2020, they were appointed Director of Legal at Vyriad.
Catherine Benson attended St. Cloud State University from 1989 to 1993, obtaining a BS in Biotechnology. Catherine then attended the University of Minnesota from 1993 to 1998, receiving an MS in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology and Genetics. Lastly, they attended the University of Minnesota Law School from 1998 to 2001, earning a JD in Law.
