Derek Olechiw

Derek Olechiw is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Global Operations Finance Manager at W. R. Grace since April 2022, previously held the role of Operations Finance Manager for the Materials Technologies division. Prior to this, Derek worked as the Director of FP&A at DBi Services, LLC, where responsibilities included monthly financial reporting and executive budgeting processes for a $500M business. Earlier roles included Finance Operations Manager at W. R. Grace & Co., and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at JENSEN HUGHES, where oversight of multiple business units and financial reporting were key responsibilities. Prior experience spans various finance roles at Towne Park, Apex Tool Group, and Stanley Black & Decker, all enhancing expertise in financial analysis, strategic reporting, and process improvement. Derek holds a Master’s Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
