Max Floyd

Max Floyd currently serves as the Director of the Leadership Institute and Classroom Instructor at Calvary Day School, where the focus is on creating programs and curriculum to enhance leadership competencies among Upper School students. Additionally, Max has been involved with the NCAA as a Division I Baseball Site Representative since 2011, managing various Regional Championships. With experience as a motivational speaker since 2008, Max has inspired diverse groups through speaking engagements. For many years, Max has directed The All Sports Camp in central North Carolina, which is renowned for its commitment to youth sports. Between 1985 and 2005, Max held various roles, including serving as a commercial fisherman in Alaska and a professional athlete with the Philadelphia Phillies. Max holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Education and an Associate of Arts degree.
