Joshua Lapin has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Administrative Assistant at the Matrix Institute in 2008. Joshua then held a Lab Assistant role at Quest Diagnostics and a Lab Operations Assistant role at Genzyme Genetics in 2009. Currently, they are an Associate Director, Program Management at Walden Biosciences.

Joshua Lapin completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University in 2008, and then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management of Projects and Programs from Brandeis University, which they completed in 2011. Joshua also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University-San Bernardino.
