Joshua Lapin has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Administrative Assistant at the Matrix Institute in 2008. Joshua then held a Lab Assistant role at Quest Diagnostics and a Lab Operations Assistant role at Genzyme Genetics in 2009. In 2010, they became Vice President of The Cannon Theatre Corp., where they managed projects of varying scope and oversaw legal aspects. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a CMC Assistant Project Manager, leading drug development projects from pre-clinical to validation. In 2018, they moved to Agenus as a CMC Manager. In 2020, they served as a Senior Project Manager, R&D at Luye Lifesciences USA and an AD/Senior PM, R&D at GeneLeap Biotech. Currently, they are an Associate Director, Program Management at Walden Biosciences.
Joshua Lapin completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University in 2008, and then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management of Projects and Programs from Brandeis University, which they completed in 2011. Joshua also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University-San Bernardino.
