Scott Preston serves as the Vice President of Performance Improvement at Walker since October 2014, providing leadership and strategic recommendations to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Scott held the position of Director of Program Improvement and Technology at Walker from September 1999 to October 2014, managing the agency's information technology needs and leading continuous quality improvement efforts. Earlier roles included Assistant Director of Research and Evaluation, where Scott developed and managed various information systems and reporting mechanisms. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Michigan State University and a BA in English from Carleton College.
