Shellbi Malone

Shellbi Malone, PHR, SHRM-CP, brings over two decades of extensive experience in human resources and program management at Walmart, having held various leadership roles since joining in 1991. Currently serving as the Director of Portfolio/Program Management, Shellbi leads large-scale People Solutions programs focused on process design, transformation, and technology delivery. Previous positions include directing HR solutions design for key business units, managing large-scale HR projects in areas such as associate engagement and change management, and overseeing employment compliance and project management. Shellbi began their career at Walmart as an hourly associate and worked as a Senior Group Leader in Claims Management before advancing to management roles. Shellbi holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University.
