Jenna Ciennik has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Jenna began their career as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Alabama in 2015. The following year, they were an Intern Application Engineer at TI Automotive, where they completed Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) forms and similar product design checklists for new fuel pump modules. In 2017, they were a member of the HPVC Senior Design Team at the University of Alabama. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at KEYENCE CORPORATION in various roles, including Senior Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer II, and Sales Engineer I. Currently, they are a Sales Engineer at Wandelbots.

Wandelbots is a german start-up that is democratizing industrial robotics by enabling everyone to program any robot via smart input devices and example-based teaching. The Wandelbots software backend tracks human motion to live-control industrial robots. Operators can teach automation tasks by demonstration. The software backend builds a machine learning model based on several demonstrations and generates automation workflows which can be refined and optimized with the software tool.
