Małgorzata Bogdan

Małgorzata Bogdan currently serves as the People and Culture Manager and Lead Specialist for the People & Culture Operations - New Joiner Experience Team at Warner Bros. Discovery since August 2022. Prior to this, Małgorzata held the position of Onboarding Senior Professional at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from October 2021 to July 2022. Małgorzata's experience also includes roles as a Recruiting Coordinator and Candidate Experience Specialist at Boeing from November 2019 to September 2021, as well as various positions at MULTIKINO S.A. between January 2015 and August 2019, including Shift Manager and Team Lead. Małgorzata holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Bydgoszcz and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Social Communication from Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego.
