Ayman al Hajar

Ayman Al Hajar is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Board Member at Wärtsilä since December 2013. In this role, Ayman drives operational improvements, spearheads business development strategies, and enhances corporate public relations to expand market presence in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this, Ayman held key positions at Petro Rabigh, including Maintenance Superintendent, where responsibility included overseeing maintenance operations, developing policy improvements, and mentoring staff. Ayman's earlier career includes roles at Saudi Aramco as a Drilling Engineer and Production Engineer. Ayman holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College and an Engineer's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech.
