Jan Othman

Jan Othman is a senior executive with extensive experience in the marine and energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Wärtsilä since July 2020, Jan Othman oversees the Exhaust Treatment division, having previously directed the global Exhaust Treatment Business Line at Wärtsilä Corporation from July 2017 to July 2020. Jan Othman’s career at Wärtsilä includes roles such as Director of Sales and Business Development, Director of Business Control, and Business Controller, among others, spanning from May 2004 to July 2017. Jan Othman also held the position of Managing Director at Wärtsilä Ship Design in both Singapore and Germany. Jan Othman holds a Master of Science in Economics from Åbo Akademi University (2002-2004).
