Wouter van Linden

Wouter Van Linden is an accomplished HR professional and lawyer with extensive experience in human resources, employment law, and talent management. Currently serving as a Member of the Selection Commission for the Mandate Holders of the Brussels-Capital Region and Head of HR at Waterland Private Equity, Wouter also contributes as a member of the SoundBoard at hrpro.be and an advisory board member at Wenite, a company focused on employee wellbeing technology. Previous roles include EMA Head of People at KPMG, where Wouter managed a significant workforce and was instrumental in developing HR strategies across Europe, and HR Director for KPMG Belgium. Wouter has also lectured at Antwerp Management School and UC Leuven-Limburg on topics related to performance development and compensation management. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Law from the University of Antwerp and various specialized degrees in management and benefits.
