Sergii Bialyk has a diverse work experience in various companies. Sergii started their career as an Audit Assistant at AF "Balans" in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Sergii then joined US Pharmacia as a Trade/Market Analyst from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked at GSK, where they held multiple roles including Financial Analyst from 2012 to 2015, Market Integration Lead UA&CIS from 2015 to 2016, and Project Manager from 2016 to 2018. Sergii also volunteered at Leonard Cheshire Disability as an International Accountant from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Watu Credit, where they initially held the role of Process Manager from 2018 to 2020 and now serves as the Chief Operational Officer starting from October 2020.
Sergii Bialyk obtained a Master's degree in Radiophysics and electronics from Kharkiv National University Karazina from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial management from Kyiv National Economics University. Additionally, they have completed several certification courses in programming and data analysis through Coursera in 2020.
