Viktoriia Volokha (Kulyk) has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Viktoriia started their career as a Lawyer at "Alias" International Law Group in October 2009. Viktoriia then worked as a Lawyer at Ektornet Management Ukraine from March 2011 to December 2012. In 2013, they joined Danone as a Senior Lawyer and later became the Corporate and Legal Affairs Manager until January 2017. Following that, Viktoriia joined GSK as the Ethics and Compliance Manager for Ukraine & CIS from January 2017 to February 2020. Viktoriia then took up the position of Ethics & Compliance Cluster Head for the Eastern Europe Region at Philip Morris International from February 2020 to January 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Compliance & Internal Investigations at Watu Credit starting from January 2022. Throughout their career, Viktoriia has gained significant experience in compliance, internal investigations, ethics, and legal affairs.
Viktoriia Volokha (Kulyk), LPEC has a Master's degree in an unspecified field of study from the National 'Jaroslav the Wise' Law Academy of Ukraine, Kharkiv, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010. In 2017, they completed the Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC) program at the Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI).
