Jiangbo Zhu

Jiangbo Zhu began their career as an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Glasgow in January 2018. They then served as a Research Associate at the University of Bristol from September 2015 to May 2020. In May 2020, Zhu transitioned to Northumbria University, initially holding the position of Lecturer until August 2021, when they became a Senior Lecturer. Most recently, in August 2022, they joined Wave Photonics as a Senior Photonics Engineer.

Jiangbo Zhu completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Fudan University, graduating in 2010. After that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering at Fudan University, which they completed in 2015. In 2013 and 2014, Jiangbo Zhu worked as a visiting researcher in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Bristol.
