Nirav Dharia

Nirav Dharia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in image sensor development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Sr Staff Sensor Architect Lead at Waymo, Nirav focuses on next-generation custom image sensor development and camera system architecture. Prior to Waymo, Nirav held key roles at ON Semiconductor, including Sr Director of NPD Product and Test Engineering, where leadership of cross-functional teams led to significant advancements in automotive image sensor products. Nirav's earlier experience includes positions at Aptina Imaging and Micron Technology, contributing to product engineering and semiconductor design. Nirav holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho, along with an MS from Western Michigan University and a BS from the University of Mumbai.
