Maddie Rippon serves as General Counsel at Wayra since September 2020, advising on various legal matters including investment portfolio management and contract negotiations. Additionally, Maddie holds the General Counsel position at Coatsink and previously at BookingLive, focusing on legal compliance, contract negotiations, and board advisory roles. As a Consultant at Mincoffs Solicitors since November 2018, Maddie supports tech and creative industry businesses through their growth phases. Past experiences also include mentoring legal matters at WeWork Labs and founding Particular Legal Limited, a leading advisory firm for tech companies. Educational backgrounds include an LPC from The College of Law and a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton.
