Hilary Disch

Hilary Disch has extensive experience in program management within the education sector, currently serving as the Out of School Time Youth Coordinator and Program Manager for the Home Base and Bright Start Programs at Wayzata Public Schools since August 2012. These programs cater to over 1200 students and employ 175 staff members. Previously, Hilary held the position of Site Manager for the Community Education before and after-school program at Meadow Ridge Elementary, managing both Pre-K and elementary students. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Raymond James Financial Inc., where responsibilities encompassed client services and office management, and serving as the Director at Knowledge Learning Corporation, overseeing daily operations and customer service. Hilary holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
