John Bogaardt has amassed significant experience in the actuarial field. John began their career at Towers Perrin as an Associate from June 2004 to August 2006. Following this, they joined Farmers Insurance as an Associate Actuary from August 2006 to March 2009. John then moved to Zurich Financial Services as a Senior Actuarial Analyst from March 2009 to March 2011.
Returning to Farmers Insurance, John held the position of Staff Actuary from March 2011 to January 2013, after which they became the Chief Actuary for Business Insurance from January 2013 to June 2017.
Currently, John is employed at WCF Insurance, where they started as the VP Actuary in November 2017. John has since been promoted to the role of Chief Actuary, a position they have held from October 2022 to the present.
John Bogaardt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science with a major in Math from UCLA in 2004. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
