Jen Lau

Jen Lau is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Vice President of Communications at WCG since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jen held positions in corporate communications at Televerde from July 2019 to January 2022 and spent nearly two decades at Avaya, where roles included Head of Internal Communications, Internal Communications Manager, and HR Employee Communications Lead. Jen earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from George Mason University, completing the program in January 2004.
