Jeff Cole has a strong background in operations and management. Jeff began their career in 1982 as an Ops Manager at Careers of San Diego and worked there until 1989. From 1989 to 2005, they served as the National Distribution Manager at TransWestern Publishing. In 2007, they joined WD-40 Company as the Transportation & Distribution Manager, and later held roles as Director of Operations and Vice President Operations. Jeff continues to hold the Vice President Operations position at WD-40 Company as of September 2019.
Jeff Cole obtained a Masters in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego between 2010 and 2012. Jeff also earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from National University from 2000 to 2003. In 1987 and 1988, they attended Universite Catholique de l'Ouest, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Additionally, they obtained the Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) certification from the Association for Supply Chain Management in December 2016 and the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification in January 2013.
