Swastik Nigam is a quality analyst with extensive experience in auditing and customer support processes. Currently employed at We Win since February 2018, Swastik has been involved as a quality auditor for UPCMhelpline 1076 and more recently in the collection process for Paytm Postpaid. Prior to this role, Swastik worked as an English instructor at IL&FS Technologies Ltd for a brief period. Swastik holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lucknow University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
