Holly Holmes-Uniacke

Holly Holmes-Uniacke, M.A., ACC, currently serves as Senior Director of People at Wealthsimple, leading a dedicated HR team to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment across Canada, the US, and previously the UK. With over a decade of experience in people, culture, and research, Holly has successfully implemented innovative initiatives that enhance employee performance and satisfaction. Previous roles include Director of People at ShipperBee and Director of Human Resources at Miovision, where Holly focused on leadership development and employee engagement. Holly's career began with analytical roles at the Government of Canada and Transport Canada, and includes significant contributions to employee engagement strategies at Canadian Blood Services. An accomplished coach, Holly holds multiple certifications from Erickson Coaching International, in addition to an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
