Rebecca Pearce

Rebecca Pearce currently serves as Vice President at Randstad, leading the strategic talent partnership for the Merck Group, focusing on delivering sustainable workforce programs globally. Prior experience includes roles at IBM, where Rebecca held several leadership positions including Associate Partner in Technology Talent Consulting and Life Sciences, successfully driving talent strategy projects and managing a diverse talent portfolio. Before IBM, Rebecca worked as a Business Development Manager at Lorien and as a Business Manager at Hays, with early career experience as a Recruitment Consultant at PFJ. Rebecca holds a BA(hons) in History and Philosophy from The University of Manchester.
