Jackleen Samuel, PT, DPT is a healthcare leader with extensive experience in physical therapy and healthcare technology. Currently serving as President and CEO of Resilient Healthcare since December 2018, Jackleen has driven innovation in Hospital-at-Home and Transitional Care through the development of Care Anywhere Software, Taxi Health™. Additionally, Jackleen is a 2023 UBS x Luminary Fellow, assisting women of color-owned businesses, and is a Founder Fellow of The Fourth Floor, aimed at supporting BIPOC entrepreneurs and women in board roles. Contributions to KICK Foundation as a board member highlight a commitment to improving the lives of children through soccer. Jackleen is also active as a thought leader within the Forbes Business Council and has founded Post Acute Rehab Solutions, a staffing agency for therapists. Career history includes serving as a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the Dallas Sidekicks and experience in research roles. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University - Newark.
