Piers Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Piers began their career as a Sales Manager at BT in 2009, where they worked for over a year. In 2010, they joined Participle and held the position of Head of Operations for London Circle CIC, overseeing several community-focused membership organizations. Piers then became the Head of Operations for Hammersmith & Fulham Circle CIC, where they managed a team and worked on service development. In 2014, Piers joined NCS - National Citizen Service Trust as a Data Operations Manager, responsible for managing operational requirements and implementing Salesforce. com. Piers later held the role of Head of Cloud Operations before becoming the Head of Delivery in 2020.
