David Grattan

David Grattan is an experienced project manager currently working at Webcor since January 2019, having held roles as assistant project manager and senior project engineer. Prior to this, David served as a naval officer in the US Navy for two decades, from July 1998 to July 2018. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University.
