Kay Prescher

Kay Prescher is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in benefits, compensation, and employee data management. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Webcor since August 2016, Kay oversees all aspects related to employee benefits and compensation. Previous roles include Manager of Total Rewards and Assistant Manager of BenefitsCompHRIS, with responsibilities ranging from leave management to general department coordination. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Administrator at LJP Enterprises, Inc., Co-Owner of Lava Java, and Human Resources Director at Abdo, Eick & Meyers, LLP, where Kay led various HR functions and initiatives. Kay began their career at Rogers & Hollands Jewelers as Store Manager. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Human Resource Management and Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
