Amy Robertson

Amy Robertson is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People at Weber Shandwick since November 2022. Prior to this role, Amy was the Head of Humans at OpenSlate from June 2018 to October 2022, where the focus was on the intertwining of content value and people value. Amy's extensive experience includes various senior leadership positions at BBDO Worldwide spanning from 2006 to 2018, and earlier as a Management Supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather New York between 1997 and 2006. In pursuit of continuous education, Amy is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University and has completed coaching and organizational development programs at Teachers College, Columbia University, and the University of Vermont.
