Kimberly Nichols Donaghy

Kimberly Nichols Donaghy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kimberly started their career as a Radio Intern at Bloomberg LP in 2000. In 2002, they worked as a Sales Associate/Intern at BurrellesLuce. At Georgetown University, starting in 2000, they served as a Teacher's Assistant in the Psychology Department until 2003.

In 2003, they joined Weber Shandwick as a Director in the Consumer Practice and held this position until 2012. Kimberly then moved on to become a Senior Vice President in the Analytics Practice from 2013 to 2021. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior Vice President in Impact & Strategic Operations and was later promoted to Executive Vice President in the same department in 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Vice President of Global Client Experience at Weber Shandwick.

Kimberly Nichols Donaghy's education history includes attending GA Training and obtaining a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University. At Georgetown University, they majored in Psychology and minored in Government and Theology. Kimberly also has an additional certification, the International Certificate in Measurement and Evaluation, which was obtained from AMEC College.
