Michael Raucamp has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and positions. Michael started their career in 1993 as a Commercial Director at Architekturbüro Humbeck. From 1994 to 1997, they worked as a Controller and QMB at Irlenkäuser communication GmbH, where they handled financial communication and developed the New Media/Internet Unit. Michael then moved on to FAI Healthcare GmbH / FAI Beisel Group, where they served as the Director of Finance, Controlling, and later as the Managing Director from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Managing Partner at Kunzelmann & Raucamp GmbH. Next, they joined Sopp Industrie GmbH as the Commercial Director and IT Director, where they were responsible for developing a controlling system and managing operations across different locations. In 2005, they became the Managing Director of JP healthcare GmbH and JP distribution Germany GmbH, focusing on strategic and operational company and product development. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as the Manager of Finance & Administration and Manager of Sales Operations at SMART Technologies. Michael then joined Kubald GmbH as a Member of the Executive Board and CFO from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Director Finance & Administration, Operations, HR, and authorized signatory, as well as a member of the Executive Board at WebID since 2020. Throughout their career, Michael Raucamp has gained experience in finance, administration, operations, HR, and strategic decision-making.
From 1988 to 1993, Michael Raucamp studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Fulda. During this period, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on finance and marketing administration.
