George A. Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process optimization and continuous improvement. Since March 2017, George has served as Managing Director of Business Process Optimization and previously held the role of VP Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma Black Belt at Webster Bank. George's career also includes key positions such as Sourcing Manager at Denali - WNS, Managing Partner at Echelon Equity, Co-Founder & Project Manager at BCDJ Consulting, and various roles at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Commodity Manager to Project Engineer. George holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
