Michelle Bashaw

Michelle Bashaw, CAMS, currently serves as the Quality Control Manager BSA at Webster Bank, a position held since July 2015, where responsibilities include analyzing suspicious account activities, preparing detailed Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and training staff on BSA/AML regulations. Previously, Bashaw worked as a Transaction Monitoring Specialist at Higher One, focusing on quality reviews of SARs and regulatory compliance.
