Michael Thaney is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation Partnership Manager at Constellation Brands, where efforts focus on building relationships within the startup and tech community to foster digital innovation. Since 2019, Michael has held multiple roles, including Director at Startup Grind and Venture Partner at Wefunder, connecting regional entrepreneurs to crowdfunding opportunities. Additionally, as an Innovation Coach and Adjunct Faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology's Saunders College of Business, mentorship is provided to student startup teams. Michael's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Accenture Digital, where leadership was demonstrated in the Digital Innovation practice and digital marketing strategies.
