Robert Stern

Robert Stern is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since May 2022. Previously, Robert held the position of Chair of the White Collar, Securities Litigation and SEC Enforcement Practice Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from March 2016 to May 2022. Robert's legal career also includes positions as Partner and Associate/Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 1998 to March 2016, and experience as a Legislative Correspondent for Senator Frank Lautenberg from August 1991 to July 1995. Robert earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School between 1995 and 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Political Science from Rutgers University from 1987 to 1991.
