Denise Woods has over 25 years of work experience in the field of auditing and employee benefit plans. Denise started their career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1994, where they worked as an Audit Manager for nearly 8 years. In 2002, they joined KPMG as an Audit Manager and later became a Senior Audit Manager. Denise joined Weinstein Spira & Company in 2006, where they currently hold the position of Director - Employee Benefit Plans. In their role at Weinstein Spira & Company, they exclusively focus on conducting audits for employee benefit plans.

Denise Woods obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Two years later, in February 1996, they received the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Texas Society of CPAs.
