Rachel Heath is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operations, currently serving as the Director of ePMO at Weisiger Group since September 2023. Prior to this, Rachel held multiple director-level positions at Sunlight Financial, where responsibilities included overseeing Solar Inside Sales, Sales Performance, and Enterprise Project Management. Rachel has also worked with North Highland in various managerial capacities, successfully implementing renewable energy programs for a Fortune® 125 client. Additional experience includes leading operations at Complete Delivery Solution, consulting roles at IBM and North Highland, and a strong foundation in logistics and management from the United States Department of Defense. Rachel holds an MBA in Operations and Consulting from William & Mary and dual undergraduate degrees in General Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Florida.
