Morgan Powers is a seasoned professional in costume product development, currently serving as the Senior Product Development Manager at Weissman Theatrical Supplies since January 2015. Powers manages a team of six Technical Designers, overseeing the development and quality assurance of the Weissman Costume Collection while facilitating strategic improvements across various departments. Previous roles include Sr. Technical Designer and Technical Designer for costumes, with extensive experience in product line development at Propper International and Dillard's Inc., where responsibilities included managing seasonal tech packs, conducting fittings, and ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams. Powers began a career in costume design with hands-on roles at prestigious organizations such as the New York City Ballet and performed coaching duties at The Skating Academy. A BFA in Fashion Design & Product Development was obtained from Stephens College.
