Customer Service Advocate at Weissman

Rita West has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, beginning with the position of Administrative Coordinator at United Way of Greater St. Louis from March 1998 to December 2003. Rita later served as a Customer Service Specialist at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from July 2005 to May 2009, followed by the role of Customer Service Representative at The Home Depot from May 2011 to September 2012. From April 2013 to October 2013, Rita worked as a TeleInterviewer at Quest Diagnostics, completing insurance applications. Since October 2013, Rita has held the position of General Clerk II at Ikun CMS-ES, making outbound calls to gather necessary information for health insurance applications, while simultaneously serving as a Customer Service Advocate at Weissman Theatrical Supply since July 2017. Rita has pursued education in Graphic Communications at St. Louis Community College and holds a high school diploma from Soldan High School.
